Delivery Information

Missing Shipments

Partial Shipments

If delivery of the complete order cannot be guaranteed within 10 business days, you will be refunded for the missing items or, upon request, we will send a replacement package free of charge.

Late Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, please email support@einkphone.co.uk We will investigate with the shipping line to locate your package. If it does not arrive within 10 business days from the shipping date, we will refund your order in full or send a replacement package free of charge upon request.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel, email us at support@einkphone.co.uk or call +44 7477 172881 with your cancellation reason. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel after shipping, you must wait to receive the order and then return it for a refund.
